    Lisa's Mastermind Monday is a rite of passage for all Bizniks. I attended my first with very low expectations, but I was caught by surprise as Lisa's smile, positive attitude and deep understanding of how to motivate brought out the best in everyone. The event was incredibly helpful and I have been addicted to Mastermind Monday ever since.

    This is a must do for anyone in Biznik if you want to get the most out of belonging.

    Lisa Bradley has a great coaching and motivating style, and it comes through in talking with her, emailing her for advice, and in her "Mastermind Mondays" workshops. Thanks to Lisa, and working with other Biznik people, I came out of the workshop better able to prioritize my writing, web content, SEO and poetry projects, focus on the writing and web content projects that combine my creativity with my business, and put several action items in place that will help me be more successful. Under Lisa's guidance, another writer and I are now accountability partners. We're going to help each other focus on the writing and editing projects that will best help us grow our businesses. Finally -- and I think this is a really key part of workshops like these -- Lisa facilitated workshop attendees in helping other workshop participants.     For some reason I've always been suspicious of coaches.

    Lisa impressed me right from the start when she took the time to set the space with me at the beginning of the session.

    She was very honoring and respectful of my process - so much so that she actually asked permission before pushing me to look at something I was avoiding! (It was our first appointment and she didn't feel we knew each other well enough yet to just move forward undaunted without checkin in with me first.)
